If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@zasheslashes.com as soon as possible. We try our best to get your order filled then shipped quickly, so once an order is dispatched we can not cancel the order. Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 2-4 business days to process and ship. Excluding weekends and holidays.

If you’re not completely in love with your Zashes product, we will gladly return or exchange your items, must be within 30 days of purchase. Please note returns are permitted only if item(s) received is(are) damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be unused or unedited with packaging intact.

We’re totally obsessed with the fact that our lashes are designed handmade, with quality materials for your comfortability. Most disposable lashes are made with plastic fibers which are thicker and typically heavier which can make them not so comfortable. We take pride that our lashes are reusable and easy to apply to any eye shape.

Use the application steps as regularly. Instead of the adhesive application, skip that step and apply the eyeliner in the desired area. While the formula is still wet, you can apply the lashes and adhere for long-lasting wear.

Yes, each of our products have been tested for your safety. Our eyeliner has most commonly used ingredients that you see in other eyeliners or mascara.

It is recommended that you put mascara on your natural lashes before applying any strip eyelashes. This allows the falsies to easily stick to your natural lashes, and provide a more natural, seamless blend. Please do not apply mascara to your lash strips, it can ruin the quality of the natural mink hairs, as well reduce the numbers of use.
